Lyndhurst NJ Sex Crimes SuspectA Lyndhurst New Jersey man who worked as a substitute teacher at Lyndhurst High School was recently arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child for allegedly exchanging pornography with minors.

The suspect is a 26-year-old man who lives in Lyndhurst, New Jersey. According to the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, the suspect went online and shared illicit sexual images and videos with underage students who attended the high school and who were under his supervision.

When high school officials became aware of the suspect’s alleged actions, they contacted local law enforcement. The Lyndhurst Police Department and the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office worked together on the subsequent investigation and eventually arrested the suspect.

The suspect has been charged with multiple sex crimes, including child endangerment and possession of child pornography.

The suspect used to be employed as a substitute teacher at Lyndhurst High School, in addition to serving as an assistant coach for the school’s hockey and baseball teams. However, just before he was placed under arrest and charged with the sexual offenses, the suspect resigned from the school.

After the suspect was arrested and processed, he was transferred to the Bergen County Jail in Hackensack, New Jersey.
