Teaneck NJ Sexual Assault SuspectPolice recently arrested a registered sex offender on new sex abuse charges in Teaneck, New Jersey.

According to the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, the 41-year-old defendant committed a sexual assault of another victim. Records indicate that the suspect has been a registered sex offender in New Jersey since 2009.

The latest alleged victim is a 9-year-old boy who talked to investigators about the sex abuse allegations. The boy first informed his parents about the alleged sexual abuse. The parents then contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit.

Investigators from the Special Victims Unit conducted an interview of the boy and then arrested the suspect.

The suspect has been charged with a number of sex crimes, including sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

Remarkably, the suspect was already in police custody when the new sex crime charges were filed. According to police, the suspect was being held at the Bergen County Jail in Hackensack, NJ.

The suspect was arrested earlier this month on different charges of sexually abusing several other young boys and girls. According to officials, the victims were between the ages of 3 and 5. The victims were reportedly acquaintances of the suspect.

As a result of those allegations, the suspect had already been charged with aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, and child endangerment.

The suspect is still being held at the Bergen County Jail. His bail has been set at $900,000.
