Wyckoff New Jersey Drunk Driving LawyersA Franklin Lakes woman was placed under arrest and charged with Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) in Wyckoff, NJ.

The DWI incident happened around midnight. According to law enforcement, the Wyckoff Police Department got a call about a motor vehicle moving erratically along Route 208, near Russell Avenue, in Wyckoff, New Jersey. A patrol officer was sent to the scene, where he noticed the suspect swerving on the road.

The Wyckoff patrol cop stopped the suspect and noticed that she appeared to be intoxicated. So the police officer arrested the suspect.

The 37-year-old suspect, who resides in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey, faces charges for Driving While Intoxicated. She was also charged with Refusal to Submit to a Breath Test because she allegedly decided against taking a breath test when requested by police.

Additionally, the suspect was cited for several traffic offenses, including reckless driving and failure to maintain lane on the roadway.

After being arrested and charged, the suspect was released to the custody of her husband. She will be required to appear in Wyckoff Municipal Court at a later date in order to answer the DWI charges against her.
